Our library membership gives children access to a carefully curated collection of wholesome, age-appropriate books in a calm and child-friendly environment. Members can read, borrow books, and participate in reading-focused activities that encourage consistency, curiosity, and a genuine love for books.

A Safe & Inspiring Reading Space
Library Membership & Borrowing Guidelines
To maintain a safe and organized reading environment, our library operates with clear membership and borrowing rules. These guidelines help us serve our community better and protect our shared resources.
Library access is available to registered members only.
Membership registration is completed through the official Tender Learners registration form.
Each child must be registered under a parent or guardian.
Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the registered child.
Members are expected to handle all library materials with care.
Parents or guardians are responsible for books borrowed by their child.
Tender Learners reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if library rules are repeatedly violated.
Members may borrow up to two (2) books at a time.
Borrowed books are to be returned within 7–14 days
Books must be returned in good condition.
Damaged or lost books must be replaced or paid for by the parent or guardian.
Borrowed books must not be shared, resold, or lent to non-members.
Late returns may attract a penalty or temporary suspension of borrowing privileges.
Reference books and special collections may not be borrowed unless stated otherwise.
Borrowing privileges may be reviewed for members who consistently return books late.
Children must maintain quiet and respectful behavior within the library.
Food and drinks are not allowed near books.
Food and drinks not allowed in the library except for designated areas in other parts of the building.
Children should be supervised by a parent or library staff at all times.
Mobile devices should be kept on silent mode.
Borrowed books may be renewed once, provided they are not on hold for another member.
Renewal requests must be made before the due date.
